国外硕士层次职教师资培养及对我国的启示

Foreign Vocational Teacher Training at the Master Level and Its Enlightenment to China

从国外职教师资培养现状出发,分析国外职教师资培养特点:培养层次高、素质高;培养过程分阶段实施、系统性和衔接性强;培养方式注重理实一体化,将理论学习与实践紧密结合等。国外职教师资培养的成熟经验,对我国职教领域教育硕士培养有重要的借鉴意义。职教领域教育硕士培养应进一步明确"双师型"培养目标,强化实习实践环节,注重与企业、中职院校三方合作联合培养,建立完备的职教教师资格制度。

Based on the current situation of vocational teacher education in foreign countries, this paper analyzes the characteristics of vocational teacher cultivation in foreign countries and shows their high level of cultivation and high quality. The cultivation process is implemented at stages with strong systematic convergence. The cultivation methods highlight the integration of theory and practice and other characteristics. We should learn from the advanced experience of foreign vocational teacher training in the field of vocational master education. We should further clarify the goal of ＂dual-qualified＂ cultivation objectives and strengthen practical training. We should attach much importance to the cooperation with enterprise and secondary vocational schools and establish the complete qualification system of vocational teacher education.
