Study on the management and service of scientific research records in colleges and universities

科研档案是科学技术研究活动的真实记录,具有支持科学研究、支持知识增值与创新、支持学术团队建设和人才培养以及服务社会的重要功能,但是目前高校科研档案管理与服务还存在着若干不足。文章研究了高校科研档案管理与服务,为更好发挥科研档案的功能与作用,科研档案部门可以借助建立高校数字化档案馆、校园网站和社交媒体来完善其科研档案管理与服务工作。

Scientific research record is a real record of scientific and technological research activities, which has the functions of supporting scientific research, increment and innovation of knowledge, academic team building and talent cultivation, as well as serving the society. However, the management and service of scientific research records in universities still exist several deficiencies. This paper studies the management and service of scientific research records in colleges and universities. For better using the function and role of scientific research records, the corresponding department can improve the management and service of scientific research records by means of establishing university digital archives, campus websites and social media.
