摘要
南宁华润中心东写字楼为典型的钢混凝土核心筒+外框钢结构的超高层结构体系,施工时核心筒剪力墙采用顶模系统先行施工。核心筒变化复杂,在56~60F南立面外墙为内缩斜墙,墙体向北倾斜7.8°,墙体历经"垂直→倾斜→垂直"变化,由于顶模系统一般都是垂直顶升的,倾斜的墙体给顶模系统的正常施工带来了巨大挑战。本项目采用内顶外爬模架体系进行核心筒施工,对斜墙的施工工艺进行了创新性尝试,在高层斜墙施工技术方面有了一定突破。
East office building of Nanning Huarun Center is the typical super high-rise building system with steel reinforcement core tube and outer frame steel structure. Shear wall of core tube is prior constructed by jacking formwork system. Core tube changes very complicatedly,in which the south outer wall inward reduced from 56 F to 60 F,and inclining toward north of 7. 8°,the wall changes form vertical to incline to vertical again. Because jacking formwork system often is jacked vertical,so it is very difficult for jacking formwork system construction because of inclined wall. This project uses inner jacking and outer climbing formwork system to construct core tube,some innovate construction technology is done for inclined wall.
