超高层建筑往往场地狭窄,且施工周期长,竖向穿插施工工序多,且钢构件尺寸较大,在进行塔式起重机布置时,需要综合考虑场地的因素、塔楼结构的变化形式、塔式起重机的覆盖面积、成本因素等,需要将各种因素都要考虑到位,避免因为塔式起重机的布置不当,影响构件和材料吊重,最终影响工期。本文主要阐述南宁华润中心东写字楼项目塔式起重机布置方案的选择。

Super high-rise building often locates in narrow site and has long construction period,many cross construction procedure and many heavy steel members. When laying out tower cranes,some factors need to be considered such as construction site,structure change of tower crane,coverage area of tower crane and cost,to avoid construction period because of unmerited layout of tower crane. This paper mainly shows selection of layout schemes of tower crane in east office building of Nanning Huarun Center.
