摘要
针对桥梁施工中临时钢便桥实际应用领域的局限性,提出新型下承式公路便桥,针对该便桥进行模拟履带式起重机以及载重汽车作用下的5种工况满载试验。试验以重物不同区域分级堆载的方式模拟不同施工车辆的荷载影响,同时测试加载试验过程中的结构关键构件内力以及结构关键部位变形,将试验结果与理论计算结果进行对比。分析该类型便桥的承载力特征,证明该新型下承式便桥弥补了传统便桥在施工中的不便,同时又满足安全性和实用性的要求,可以在充分论证的基础上投入到实际工程应用。
In view of limitation of temporary steel bridge construction bridge application field during bridge construction,authors put forward a new type of through temporary highway bridge. Five condition full load tests were done to the temporary bridge under action of crawler crane and truck. The test simulates different vehicles load influence by heavy load classification in different regions. At the same time,the key structure member's inner force and deformation of key structure parts were tested during loading.The test results were compared with the calculation ones. Bearing capacity of this bridge was analyzed,which show that the new through temporary steel bridge can overcome the construction difficult of traditional temporary steel bridge,and can satisfy construction safety.
