摘要
指出了氮沉降是全球变化的重大问题之一,从大气沉降到陆地生态系统的氮含量影响着植物的性状及其生产力。采用盆栽法实验,以分布广泛的车前(Plantagoasiatica)为研究对象,分析了0、2.5、5、10、20g/m2五个不同施氮梯度对车前叶绿素及生物量的影响。结果表明:车前的SPAD及地上、地下生物量随着氮浓度的增加显著升高,证实了氮添加能显著影响植物的生长。
Nitrogen deposition is one of the major problems in the global environmental changes.The nitrogen content from the atmospheric deposition to terrestrial ecosystem affects the feature of plant and productivity. Pot--culture methodwas carried out in this experiment.TakingPlantagoasiaticaas the research object, this paper analysed the influ- ence of Chlorophyll and biomass with nitrogen application gradient of 0, 2.5, 5, 10, 20g/m2, respectively. The ex- perimental resultshowed that the SPAD, aboveground and underground biomass of P. asiatica increased significantly with the increase of nitrogen concentration, which confirmed that nitrogen addition could significantly affect theplant ~:rowth.
