摘要
为提高活性炭比表面积测定前的预处理效率,以传统电加热法为对比考察了微波辐照法的性能。结果表明:提高加热温度与微波功率以及延长预处理时间,均有利于提高预处理效率,且加热温度低于250℃以及微波功率小于500 W、微波辐照时间小于3min时比表面积增幅均较大;扫描电镜结果发现微波辐照后活性炭孔隙结构未发生明显变化。由此也说明,微波辐照是一种可用于活性炭比表面积测试的预处理方法。
In order to improve the pretreatment efficiency of activated carbon for the determination of its specific surface area, two methods of electric heating and microwave pretreatment were compared. The results showed that im- proving the pretreatment temperature, microwave power and pretreatment time were all favorable for removal the impurities located in the pore of activated carbon. The sharpest rise occurred in the following situation that the heat- ing temperature was below 250 ~C ;microwave power is less than 500 W~ the microwave time was less than 3 mins. The results of scanning electron microscopy showed that activated carbon pore structure did not change obviously af- ter microwave irradiation. The results showed that microwave irradiation is an effective and quick pretreatment meth- od.Thus, it can be used in the pretreatment of activated carbon for specific surface area analyzers.
