摘要
为研究高温湿热水解预处理条件对厨余垃圾厌氧发酵效果的影响,选取不同温度100℃、150℃、200℃、加水量(20%、40%、60%)、反应时间(20 min、60 min、120 min)设计了三因素三水平正交实验,并以有机质(VS/TS)、化学需氧量(SCOD)、还原性糖、氨氮、粗脂肪、粗蛋白作为考量指标进行了实验,结果显示:温度为150℃、加水量为40%,高温加热20min为反应的最佳条件。选择合理的高温湿热水解预处理条件对厨余垃圾后续处理效果影响显著。
In order to study the effect of high temperature damp heat hydrolysis pretreatment on the anaerobic fermentation of kitchen waste, the orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels was conducted under different temperatures (100, 150, 200℃), different water amount(20, 40, 60%)and different time (20, 60, 120 mins). Then, organic matter (VS/TS), chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), reducing sugar, ammonia nitrogen, crude fat and crude protein were designed asindexes. The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions werel50℃, 40% water amount and 20 min heating at high temperature.Reasonable conditions of high temperature wet heat hydrolysis have a good effect on pretreatment of kitchen waste.
