摘要
选取撞击法和平板沉降法两种空气微生物采样法,对两种空气净化器处理前和处理后空气中的自然菌分别进行了采样,通过比较净化前和净化后空气中细菌菌落的数量变化,计算了微生物消亡率来评价两种装置的净化效果,试验结果表明:光催化空气净化装置对空气微生物的消亡率更高,撞击式采样法对结果的评价更为合理。
Two kinds of sampling methods for air microorganism--impacting method and plate sedimentation method were selected to sample the natural bacteria in the air before and after treated with the two air cleaner. The purifica- tion effect of the two devices can be evaluated with microbial decay rate, which shall be obtained by comparing the numbers of colonies of bacterial in the air before and after purification. Conclusion. The photocatalytic air purification device has a higher decay rate of airborne microorganismsand the impacting method is more reasonable to evaluate the results.
