摘要
陕西华县某选铜厂利用尾矿进行选别作业,产品铜精矿采用露天自然沉淀脱水,最终产品水分含量约17%。因产品粒度细、含油量高、粘度大,导致脱水时间长,溢流浓度高达1%以上,且在遇雨雪天气时,铜精矿流失更加严重。针对脱水困难导致的资源流失,本次研究提出在工艺流程中添加浓密机结合压滤机的两段精矿脱水工艺,以增强脱水效果,确保资源回收。研究成果投入生产后,取得了铜精矿水分<11%的指标。
The mineral processing operation is carried out for tailings in one copper concentration plant in Huaxian, Shanxi, the copper concentrate products shall be dewatered by plain sedimentation, the moisture content of the final product is about 17%. The dewate- ring time is long, the overflow concentration reach up to 1% due to fine particle size, high oil content, high viscosity, and the copper con- centrate shall be lost more seriously at rainy and snowy weather. The resource loss because of the difficult dewatering, therefore, in the stud- y, it is proposed that adding thickener in the process flow, and combining with two dewatering process of concentrate of filter press, so that the dewatering efficiency can be enhanced to guarantee the resources recovery. The target that the moisture content of copper concentrate 〈 11% have been achieved after the study results were out into production.
