钛白粉表面包覆水合氧化铝的工艺及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用氯化法工艺生产的钛白粉浆料作为原料,利用沉淀法对其进行表面包覆水合氧化铝,对包覆陈化的pH、温度、转速和时间为主要影响因素进行正交试验分析,确定包覆水合氧化铝的优化工艺条件:陈化pH为9,陈化时间为90 min,陈化温度为70℃,搅拌转速为150 r/min。并对未包覆与优化工艺条件的样品进行TEM、颜料性能、和包覆机理进行对比分析,优化工艺条件包覆的勃姆石型水合氧化铝薄膜能够改善钛白粉的颜料性能。 The titanium dioxide slurry produced by chlorination process is adopted as the raw material, the hydrated alumina shall be surface-covered by precipitation method, the orthogonal test analysis was carried out that the main inflence factors are pH, tempera- ture, rotating speed, time and the other main influencing factors of coating ageing; therefore, the optimal process conditions of coated hydrat- ed alumina can be confirmed: the ageing pH is 9, ageing time is 90min, ageing temperature is 70℃ and the agitating speed is 150r/min. For uncoated samples and the samples produced by optimal process conditions, which TEM, pigment performance and the covered mecha- nism is compared and analyzed, one conclusion to be drawn : under the optimal process conditions, covering of boehmite type hydrated alu- mina thin fihn can improve the pigment performance of titanium dioxide powder.
