臭氧氧化拜耳法铝酸钠溶液中有机物的试验研究

The Experimental Study on Organic Matter in Sodium Aluminate Solution Used in Ozonation Bayer Process

拜耳法生产氧化铝的过程中,有机物会在铝酸钠溶液中不断积累,影响氧化铝生产的产量、质量和成本。臭氧具有强氧化性,能氧化铝酸钠溶液中的有机物。本文主要是试验臭氧对铝酸钠溶液中有机物的氧化效果,以及臭氧的消耗量,确定该方法能否工业应用。

The organic matter shall be accumulated constantly in the alumina production process by Bayer method ; it will affect the yield, quality and cost of alumina production. The ozone has strong oxidizing property, which can oxidize the organic matter in sodium a- luminate solution. The experiment is mainly test the oxidation effect of ozone on the organic matter in the sodium aluminate solution, and the consumption of ozone in order to confirm if the method can be applied in industrial use.
