高校学风建设指标体系与改进策略的研究

Research on the Index System and Improvement Strategy for the Academic Atmosphere Construction in University

针对当前我国高校学风存在学习浮躁、学术不端等问题,为了改进当前高校学生考试舞弊、教师学术急功近利等不良的学风状态,借鉴国外名校严谨而自由的学术之风、教师引导学生自主学习的先进教育理念,提出高校学风建设的考核指标体系,从学生与教师两个层面分析,设立不同考核指标、权重及考核等级标准。最后,给出需要加强对教师的教学与学术管理,加强对学生的指导和教育,采取奖励机制与惩罚措施并存的学风建设整改建议。

In order to improve the current situation of the academic atmosphere for college students and teachers, learns the rigorous and free academ- ic atmosphere of foreign famous universities, puts forward the evaluation index system of the construction of academic atmosphere in univer- sities, and analyzes the different evaluation indexes, weights and grades from two levels of students and teachers. Finally, gives some sug- gestions to strengthen the teaching and academic management for the teachers, and to strengthen the guidance and education for the stu- dents, the coexistence of incentive and punishment mechanism is suggested on the rectification of the construction of academic atmosphere.
