摘要 随着物联网技术的发展,来自医院以及各种便携式设备的心电数据呈指数级增长,传统的关系型数据库已无法满足其存储与处理的需求。针对以上问题,设计基于HBase的分布式心电信号存储与处理系统。测试结果表明,文件写入系统平均速度为每秒14000多条,最快写入速度可达每秒19813条,数据检索结果返回时效达到毫秒级,能够满足业务应用中对心电信号存储和检索时效的要求。 With the development of the Internet of Things, ECG data from the hospital and the other portable devices has increased exponentially. Tra- ditional relational database has been unable to store and process so big data. In order to solve these problems, designs a distributed ECG signal storage and processing system based on HBase. The experimental resuhs indicate that the average speed per second written file to the system is more than 14000 records, the fastest speed is up to 19813 records per second. The data retrieval results are millisecond, which can satisfy the applications to store and retrieve ECG signal.
