摘要
126kV高压断路器在我国变电站和电厂建设中广泛应用,随着高电压等级的真空开断技术以及长行程永磁操作机构的不断发展,126kV高压永磁真空断路器研究与分析也越来越受到关注。针对一种新型126kV高压永磁真空断路器,提出了3种长行程永磁操作机构的设计方案,并经过试制样机验证,充分证明了设计方向的正确性。3种长行程永磁操作机构的设计重点突出了永磁操作机构小型化的研究,在不断优化永磁操作机构特性以及确保永磁操作机构可靠性的同时,可大大降低永磁操作机构的生产成本,方便高电压等级长行程永磁操作机构的装配,给126kV高压永磁真空断路器的工程应用打下基础。
126 kV high voltage circuit breaker(VCB) is widely used in substation and power plant construction in our country. With the continuous development of the high voltage level of the vacuum breaking technology and long-stroke permanent magnet actuator(PMA), the research and analysis of 126 kV high voltage permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker has attracted more and more attention. In this paper, the design of three kinds of long-stroke PMA is proposed for a new type of 126 kV high voltage permanent magneticvacuum circuit breaker,and through the trial prototype test, fully proved the correctness of the design direction. The design of three kinds of long-stroke PMA highlights the miniaturization of PMA, while optimizing the characteristics of PMA and ensuring the reliability of PMA, the production cost of PMA can be greatly reduced and the assembly of PMA can be greatly convenient. It lays a foundation for the engineering application of 126 kV high voltage permanent magnetic vacuum circuit breaker.
