运行条件对复合绝缘子红外光谱的影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 长期挂网运行的复合绝缘子往往不可避免地发生老化,造成绝缘子绝缘性能的下降。为研究复合绝缘子在不同运行条件下的老化状态,文中采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)分析运行于不同环境、不同电压等级具有不同运行年限的多支复合绝缘子,并对复合绝缘子伞裙典型官能团的变化情况进行研究。研究结果表明:重污区绝缘子表面积污程度相对较重,造成复合绝缘子伞裙表面Si-O-Si链和Si-CH_3链含量相对较低,其老化程度更严重。同时,通过数理统计的方法研究运行于不同电压等级的绝缘子Si-CH_3与Si-O-Si的对应吸收峰面积,结果表明,不同电压等级的复合绝缘子红外光谱吸收峰面积具有分散性,220kV绝缘子红外光谱基团的吸收峰面积明显小110kV的绝缘子,但整体上峰面积呈现随运行年限增大而变小的趋势。 To investigate aging state of composite insulators under different operating conditions, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is employed to analyze the composite insulators with different service time and working in different environment and voltage grade. And the change of the typical functional groups of composite insulator' s umbrella skirt is also analyzed. The results show that in heavy pollution area the pollution degree of insulator surface is relatively high, leading to lower contents of Si-O-Si and Si-CI-I3 chains on umbrella skirt surface of the composite insulator and higher aging degree. Furthermore, mathematical statistics is adopted to obtain the absorption peak areas of Si-CH3 and Si-O-Si chains on the insulators corresponding to different voltage grade. It is shown that the absorption peak areas for the composite insulators working at different voltage grade are dispersive,and the absorption peak areas for the 220 kV insulator is obviously smaller than that for the 110 kV insulator. In general, the absorption peak areas get smaller with increasing service time of the composite insulator.
