摘要 针对高压开关柜电动底盘车内直流电动机的堵转保护时间过长、保护阈值设置不规范等问题,文中提出了一套基于Daubechies6小波去噪算法的堵转保护系统。其以堵转电流为特征值,依据直流电机在过载、堵转故障情况下的温升关系所建立的数学模型确定了保护阈值的设定范围,同时采用Daubechies6小波算法对电流信号进行降噪分析,有效消除了运行过程中干扰因素,最大限度地接近真实值并能快速找出电流的最大值。文中搭建了10 kV高压开关柜内电动底盘车的测试平台,经实验证明该系统可以满足高压开关柜内电动底盘车的堵转保护要求,且具备保护响应速度快、动作可靠性高和区分启动时刻尖峰电流的优点。 According to the problems such as the long time of locking rotor protection and the unreasonable of the protective threshold of the DC motor in the HV switchgear electric chassis, a locking rotor protection system is presented based on the Daubechies6 wavelet de-noising algorithm. This protection system is taking the locking rotor current as the eigenvalue, determine the range of the protective threshold of the mathematical model that established by the relationship between the temperature rise of the DC motor under the condition of overload and locking rotor fault. At the same time, the Daubeehies6 wavelet algorithm is used to de- noise the current signal. The interference factors are eliminated effectively, so that the current data are much closer to the actual value, and the maximum value of the current can be quickly detected. The testing platform for 10 kV HV switchgear electric chassis shows that the protection system can meet the requirements of the locking rotor protection, and have advantages in fast response speed, high reliability and distinguish the fault at startup time.
