韩国部署“萨德”反导系统的政治经济学分析

The Political Economy Analysis of the THAAD Anti-missile System in ROK

2016年7月8日,韩国对外宣布决定在国内部署"萨德"反导系统。韩国不顾中国的强烈反对执意部署"萨德"对中韩两国的政治、经济、文化合作尤其是对两国经济贸易关系产生了强烈冲击。本文从政治经济学的角度,主要运用文献研究、数据分析和个案展示的方法,对韩国决心部署"萨德"系统的国内外因素进行了分析,并分析了"萨德入韩"事件对韩国外贸、旅游等行业和乐天集团产生的影响;最后,从外交、经济与军事层面提出中国应对韩国部署"萨德"的策略。

On July 8,2016,ROK announced its decision to deploy the THAAD antimissile system. This decision has had a profound impact on the political,economic and cultural cooperation between China and ROK,especially on foreign trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. From the perspective of political economy,the author mainly uses literature research, data analysis and case study to analyze the external factors of ROK's determination to deploy the THAAD system,such as the pressure of the US and the threat of DPRK nuclear test and the domestic factors,such as the domestic party competition,the interest-driven of the military industry groups,etc; to analyze the economic impacts on ROK's foreign trade,tourism and Lotte Group because of deploying the THAAD system in ROK; finally,from the perspectives of cooperation,countermeasure and self-improvement,the author puts forward the methods to cope with the THAAD system in ROK.
