MWT太阳能电池专利技术现况分析 被引量:2

摘要 利本文主要对金属电极绕通(Metal wrap though简称MWT)太阳能电池的全球专利申请情况进行了分析,具体专利申请量的时间、申请国家、申请类型、布局的地点进行了统计和分析,同时对MWT太阳能电池的重点专利进行了总结,分析了目前MWT太阳能电池的难点和发展方向。
