穴位注射鼠神经生长因子联合针刺治疗儿童周围性面瘫效果观察

Effect Observation of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor by Acupoint Injection Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Children with Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨穴位注射鼠神经生长因子联合穴位针刺治疗儿童周围性面瘫临床效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年4月收治的76例周围性面瘫患儿,按治疗方法分为治疗组与对照组,每组38例。对照组给予穴位针刺治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予鼠神经生长因子穴位注射进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后面神经评定系统(SFGS)评分变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后SFGS静态评分低于治疗前,动态评分高于治疗前,且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射鼠神经生长因子联合穴位针刺疗法治疗儿童周围性面瘫临床效果较好。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor by acupoint injection combined with acupuncture in treatment of children with peripheral facial paralysis. Methods A total of 76 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted during July 2015 and April 2017 were divided into observation group( n = 38) and control group( n = 38) according to treatment methods. Control group was treated with acupoint acupuncture,while observation group was added with mouse nerve growth factor by acupoint injection on the basis of treatment for control group. Clinical effect and changes of Sunnybrook facial grading system( SFGS) before and after treatment were observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05).After treatment,static scores were significantly lower,while dynamic scores were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups,and the improved conditions in observation group were superior than those in control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor by acupoint injection combined with acupuncture in treatment of children with peripheral facial paralysis may achieve good effect.
