摘要
提出一种基于性能评估的阀门非线性检测方法,利用汽轮机日常运行数据,通过性能指标实时观测汽轮机阀门状态,对阀门故障及时预警,测试结果与电厂实际运行情况一致。
A valve nonlinearity detection method based on performance assessment was proposed.Having daily routine data of steam turbine analyzed and a performance index calculated to detect the valve status were implemented to warn the valve's failures early.The test results are consistent with real running condition of the power plant.
