摘要
目的:调查阿尔茨海默病主要照料者生活质量现状,寻求相应的护理对策。方法:采用世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF),调查分析160例阿尔茨海默病照料者的生活质量。结果:阿尔茨海默病主要照料者WHOQOL-BREF总分和各因子分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),调查还显示年龄≥50岁、照顾时间≥5年的照料者生活质量水平更低。结论:阿尔茨海默病主要照料者的生活质量明显受损,应加强对阿尔茨海默病照料者相关疾病知识的宣教和社会支持来提高照料者的生活质量。
[Objective]To investigate the status of main caregivers of alzheimer's disease on quality of life,to seek the corresponding nursing countermeasures. [Method]To determine the profile by the quality of life of the WHO(WHOQOL-BREF),160 cases of alzheimer's caregivers' quality of life survey were analyzed.[Result]The main caregivers of alzheimer's disease WHOQOL-BREF score and each factor score were significantly lower than the control group(P <0. 01),the survey also showed that Caregivers aged 50 or older and caregivers ≥5 years have lower quality of life. [Conclusion]The main caregivers of alzheimer's disease quality of life was significantly impaired. Nurses should strengthen the caregivers of alzheimer's disease related disease knowledge education and social support to improve their quality of life.
