摘要
城市内涝是影响城市交通的最主要因素之一。本文以葫芦岛市"7·20"特大暴雨为例,应用SWMM雨洪模型模拟了龙港区龙湾公园附近的内涝积水情况,得到了研究范围内各个节点的积水深度过程曲线;提出交通影响度的概念,将积水深度曲线模拟数据输入至SUMO的交通仿真模拟平台,得到代表节点的交通影响度变化过程曲线。结果表明:计算的内涝积水深度和交通影响度与实际情况较为接近,为内涝情况下交通处理预案的制定提供了依据。
Urban waterlogging is one of the most important factors affecting urban transportation. In the paper,Huludao‘7. 20’extraordinary rainstorm is adopted as an example. SWMM flood model is applied to simulate the waterlogging ponding situation near Longgang District Longwan Park. The ponding depth process curve of all nodes in the study scope is obtained. The concept of traffic influence degree is proposed. The ponding depth curve simulation data is input to SUMO traffic analogue simulation platform. The traffic influence degree change curve process of the representative nodes is obtained. Results show that the calculated waterlogging ponding depth and traffic influence degree are closer to practical condition,thereby providing basis for formulating traffic treatment plan in the case of waterlogging.
