摘要
抽水蓄能电站的财务评价,釆用电力系统可避免成本定价方法,先对蓄能电站投资、成本、税金和利息等费用进行测算,再在分析两部制上网电价(容量价格和电量价格)基础上,对抽水蓄能电站的效益进行分析。本文利用现金流量表对龙潭抽水蓄能电站工程财务指标进行计算,据以判别项目在财务上的可行性。
The power system avoidable cost pricing method is adopted for financial evaluation of pumped storage power station. The storage power station investment,cost,taxes,interest and other expenses are estimated. The benefits of pumped storage power station are analyzed on the basis of analyzing two-system grid purchase price( capacity price and quantity price). In the paper,the financial index of Longtan pumped storage power station is calculated by using cash flow statement,and the financial feasibility of the project can be verified accordingly.
