Specialism and Permeability of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities

结合对党的十九大报告精神、习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作上重要讲话精神和《中共中央国务院关于加强和改进新形势下高校思想政治工作的意见》等的学习思考,研究我国高校思想政治工作的"专门性"和"渗透性"特征,建立专门性和专业化的工作体系及运行机制,构筑高校思想政治工作的主渠道、主阵地并为提高该项工作的科学性和实效性提供坚实基础与可靠保障。

After studying President Xi Jinping's Report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,his speech at the national conference on College ideological and political work and other document about strengthening and improving ideological and political work in colleges issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,this paper points out that ideological work in colleges and universities is special and permeable and that it requires specialized work system and operation mechanism to build the main channels and fronts of and provide solid foundation and reliable assurance for scientific and effective ideological work in colleges.
