高校辅导员主体意识探析

A Probe into College Advisors' Subject Consciousness

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,提高大学生思想政治教育质量,离不开辅导员主体意识的建立和健全。健全的主体意识可以坚定辅导员立德树人的理想信念,激励辅导员走专业化、职业化发展道路。近年来,虽然辅导员队伍建设取得了很大的成绩,但是辅导员主体意识还有很多缺失。提高辅导员的主体意识需要从保障政策落地性、提高制度贴近性、增强培训实效性等方面完善外部环境,更需要辅导员自身坚持不懈的努力。

College advisors are the leading force in students' ideological and political education.Therefore,better ideological education for college students requires stronger subject consciousness on the part of college advisors.Subject consciousness can help strengthen advisors' ideals and beliefs and promote their professionalization and specialization.However,despite the sizable progress achieved in recent years,there are still problems with the team building of college advisors,one of which is lack of subject consciousness.To increase advisors' subject consciousness,colleges and universities must improve the external environment by ensuring the implementation of relevant policies,working out more close-to-life systems and providing more effective training.More importantly,sustained efforts must be made by college advisors themselves.
