摘要
针对LabVIEW与智能仪表的通信问题,以RS-485接口的横河调节器为例,提出可用的5种通信方式:VISA接口、NI Modbus库、I/O服务器、动态链接库调用和LabWindows/CVI驱动导入。从开发难易程度、使用灵活性、部署依赖性和应用成本等几方面对这几种通信方式进行分析对比,确定适用于2种不同场合的仪表通信解决方案:在中小型项目中以NI Modbus库为主,对特殊通信协议辅以VISA接口通信方式;在需要网络监控的大型测控项目中以I/O服务器通信方式为主。
According to the communication issue of LabVIEW and intelligent instrument,taking Yokogawa controller with RS-485 interface for example,five communication methods are proposed,which are VISA interface,NI Modbus library,I/O server,calling the dynamic link library and importing the LabWindows/CVI driver.These communication methods are analyzed and compared from the difficulty level of development,flexibility of use,deployment-dependent,application cost and other aspects.The instrument communication solutions suitable for two different occasions are proposed.For the small and medium projects,give priority to NI Modbus library,while it is supplemented by VISA communication interfaces for specific communication protocol.For the large-scale projects with network monitoring,it mainly uses I/O server communication mode.
