摘要 为实现制冷空调产品测试装置24 h自动运行,达到缩短测试周期的目的,通过增加PLC模块对现有测试装置进行自动化升级改造,并在自动化软件设计中设置符合制冷空调产品的测试工况调节逻辑和测试工况分析模型。以某一典型产品的测试周期为例,升级改造后测试周期可缩短约50%。该自动化软件还具有测试数据记忆模块,为后续智能化改造升级提供基础数据。 To realize the 24 h automatic operation of the test equipment for refrigeration &air-conditioning product and reduce the test cycle,the automation upgrade design on the original test equipment by adding PLC control module is conduced.The control logic and analysis model of the test condition for refrigeration & air-conditioning product are set in the automation software.For the test cycle of one typical product,the test cycle time is reduced by about 50%after upgrade design.The automation software is embedded with data record module,so as to provide data basis for further intelligence upgrade of lab test.
