超前液压支架沿工作面走向承载特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 根据超前液压支架的支护特点,将超前液压支架中的立柱简化为弹性支座,建立超前支架组弹性支座岩梁模型。将超静定岩梁离散为静定单跨梁,利用MATLAB程序计算分析不同支架刚度、巷道高度、顶板弹性模量、支护密度等参数对巷道顶板下沉量的影响。通过计算验证了非等强支护能够使得支护系统与巷道矿压规律相适应,增强超前支护系统适应性。 According supporting characters of advanced hydraulic support, and then the column of advanced hydraulic support wassimplified as elastic support, and detailed elastic support rock beam model of advanced support set. And statically indeterminate rockbeam was dissociated as statically single span beam, the influence that some arguments to roadway roof subsidence were analyzed byMATLAB program, which is about different support stiffness, roadway height, roof elastic modulus, supporting density and soon. The conclusion that supporting system could adapted roadway pressure by non strength supporting was verified by calculated, the a-daption of advanced supporting system was enhanced.
