含锌尘泥在八钢欧冶炉循环利用的生产实践 被引量:3

摘要 对八钢欧冶炉循环利用含锌尘泥过程分析表明,其处置消纳固体废弃物符合无害化、减量化和资源化的原则,能将含锌污泥中Zn元素进行循环富集。对含锌污泥循环利用生产试验表明,其工艺流程能满足处置含锌污泥生产组织和操作过程需要,不需要增加新的辅助处理设施,可处理冶金行业多种形态含锌废弃物。 Through analyzing the recycling zinc-bearing dust process by OY furnace in Bayi steel, the process is in ac-cordance with the disposal of solid waste harmless, reduction and recycling principles. Zinc in zinc containing sludge isenriched by cyclic enrichment. The production test of OY t furnace on recycling of zinc bearing sludge shows that its tech-nological process can meet the needs of production and operation process of zinc containing sludge, and does not need toadd new auxiliary treatment facilities, which can deal with various forms of zinc containing wastes in metallurgical industry.
