Based on Marx'land rent theory,combined with the actual Chinese land ownership and the new land policy of three rights division,the paper discusses the present situation of the allocation of land value-added benefits in the process of land expropriation and the existing problems,in order to provide relevant suggestions on equitable distribution of land value-added benefits.The paper aims to improve the value-added distribution of income,let value-added benefits distribute reasonably between stakeholders and give farmers a better life condition in the process of urbanization,promoting the sustainable development of economy.People can share the fruits of reform truly and achieve social harmony.
