摘要 针对国内不同制造商的高压交流电网安全稳定控制装置/系统的功率算法存在差异的现象,本文研究了相功率算法和线功率算法的原理,言明了安全稳定控制装置/系统对电网安全和稳定的重要作用,并举例分析功率算法对稳控装置逻辑判断的影响。本文重点分析了安全稳定控制装置选择相功率算法或线功率算法的前提和应用场景,以防因为错误选用功率算法而出现的不正确动作行为。 There are some differences in the power algorithms for the security and stability control devices of different manufacturers in high voltage AC power system of China. This paper researches the principle of phase power algorithm and line power algorithm, and explains that the security and stability control device or system has played an important role in power system security and stability. Then, examples are presented to analyze the influence of power algorithm on the logic-judgment of security and stability control device. In order to prevent incorrect action, the premise of selecting the phase power algorithm or the line power algorithm in security and stability control device is analyzed in this paper.
