变电站保护出口压板状态的电量监测技术研究

Study on the Electricity Monitoring Technology of Substation Protection Outlet Platen

针对现有压板状态监测技术不足之处,提出了一种变电站保护出口压板状态的电量监测技术。通过在操作回路的出口压板两侧并入两个电压型继电器来实现出口压板的状态监测。文章详细阐述了操作回路的改造方案以及基于新增电压型继电器的出口压板状态判定逻辑。研究表明,所提技术具有准确可靠的监测结果,同时可操作性和经济性好。

For a deep grasp of the lack of the existing outlet platen state monitoring technologies, this paper proposes a new electricity monitoring technology for substation protection outlet platen state. The state monitoring of the outlet platen is implemented by incorporating two voltage relays on both sides of the outlet platen of the operating circuit. The paper elaborates the transformation scheme of the operation circuit and the logic of the outlet plate state determination based on the added voltage relay. Researches show that the proposed technology has reliable monitoring resul ts, in the meanwhile operability and economy are good.
