宝鸡城区空间扩展及驱动力因素分析

Analysis of Spatial Expansion of Urban Area in Baoji City and Its Driving-force Factors

基于宝鸡历年城市总体规划,定性分析了1949年以来宝鸡城区空间扩展变化过程,进而构建了城市扩展速度及扩展强度模型,定量分析了1994~2014年宝鸡城区空间扩展特征,结果表明:城区扩展规模和扩展速度一直保持增长趋势,城区扩展强度指数和扩展弹性指数反而呈现下降趋势,在此基础上分析了20世纪90年代以来宝鸡城区空间扩展的驱动力因素,研究表明:经济发展是宝鸡城区扩展的核心驱动力因素,人口、社会因素也与城区扩展密不可分。

Based on the urban overall planning of Baoji city over the years, the article qualitatively analyzed the spatial ex？pansion process of urban area in Baoji since 1949, and then built the models of urban expansion speed and extended strength, fi？nally quantitatively analyzed the spatial expansion characteristics of urban area in Baoji city from 1994 to 2014. The results showedthat the expansion scale and expansion speed of urban area in Baoji city kept a growth trend all the time; but its expansion strengthindex and expansion elasticity index revealed a downward trend. Based on these results, the factors driving the spatial expansion ofurban area in Baoji city since the 1990s were analyzed. The research indicated that： the economic development was the main driv？ing-force factor of Baoji urban expansion; the population and social factors also were closely related to the urban area expansion.
