Application and Reliability of PROFIBUS-DP Bus Technology

PROFIBUS-DP总线作为DCS和PLC控制系统的重要通讯、控制方式之一,近年来在建材、冶金、钢铁等行业得到了长足应用。相比传统的4mA^20mA和开关量控制,PROFIBUS-DP总线节约了系统卡件、电缆等投资,但实际应用中因受可靠性制约,在炼油、煤化工等行业应用难以深化。本文以石灰窑装置为例,讲述PROFIBUS-DP总线的应用,并就提高PROFIBUS-DP可靠性提出相关措施。

As one of the important communication and control methods of DCS and PLC control system, PROFIBUS-DP bus has been widely applied in building materials, metallurgy, steel and other industries in recent years. Compared with traditional 4mA～20mA and switch control, PROFIBUS-DP bus saves investment in system card and cable. However, due to reliability con-straints in practical applications, it is hard to deepen in oil refining, coal chemical industry and other industries. This paper takes the lime kiln device as an example to describe the application of PROFIBUS-DP bus, and puts forward some relevant measures to improve the reliability of PROFIBUS-DP.
