In the process of industrial production, flow measurements are relatively complex and are difficult to obtain precise parameters. With the development of industrial technology, especially the need of chemical industry for stabilizing control, the role of flowmeter in the industrial field is increasingly important. Because the quality flowmeter has obvious advantages in the flow meter, it is widely used in the chemical, steel and electric fields as the field application instrument which measures the high precision and the measurement parameter. Due to the complexity of the operating conditions, and the asymmetry of the technical parameters provided by the users, the use of mass flowmeter in the field also has a variety of problems. At present, the cost of the mass flowmeter is relatively high, or it involves the trade settlement and so on, which requires the manufacturer to be more cautious in the selection phase. The author summarizes the various problems encountered in this aspect, and provides some experience and methods for the user to obtain a better product experience.
