摘要
航空插头在航空航天等领域目前广泛使用,由于特殊工艺和特殊使用环境,需要对内部插针焊杯进行除金处理。利用机器视觉技术对内部焊杯做到自动生成数据库,是自动除金的前提。利用OpenCV能够很好地完成图像预处理,实现背景剥离获取ROI区域,分离HSV通道并且获取最小包围圆,从而实现航空插头内焊杯的坐标定位。
Avionics connector is widely used in aerospace industry. Because of the special technology and harsh environment, gold plated pin of the avionics connectors need to be “degolding”.Using machine vision technology to detect the gold plated pins, and generate the coordinate information automatically. OpenCV which is open source computer vision library can complete preprocessing work easily. OpenCV can be used for binary image processing and transforming images from RGB colorspace into HSV colorspace. By obtaining the minimum bounding circle of the old plated pins, the coordinate information can be calculated and saved.
