摘要
随着超低排放改造工程越来越多地实施,环保部门提出了更为严厉的烟气排放标准。新的固定污染源烟气(SO_2、NO、颗粒物)排放连续监测系统技术要求及检测方法对针对超低排放的在线监测仪器进行了更严格的规范标准。同时,首次增加了实验室检测环节。本文介绍了一套经过改进的紫外差分气体分析仪系统,通过采用一些特殊设计,新紫外差分气体分析仪能高效通过实验室各项检测标准,其零点和量程飘移,环境温度的影响及抗干扰能力指标均远小于标准,使分析仪更适用于超低排放的在线监测环境。
With the implementation of ultra-low emission reconstruction project more and more,the environmental protec-tion department proposed a more stringent gas emission standards.Stricter standards for ultra-low emission online monitoring devices is put forward to the new specifications and test procedures for continuous emission monitoring system for SO2,NOx and particulate matter in flue gas emitted from stationary. It also introduce the laboratory testing process for the first time. In this paper, we introduce an differential optical absorption spectroscopy ( DOAS) analyzer which using some special design. The new DOAS analyzer can pass the laboratory test standards effectively. Its zero point drift, range drift, the influence of ambient temperature and the anti-jamming ability index are far less than the standards requirement. The DOAS analyzer is more suitable for online monitoring environment of ultra-low emission.
