摘要 产品主要是通过设计和制造得到的。因此,这两个阶段对产品的固有可靠性起着决定性的作用。对于可靠性有严格要求的核电厂安全级DCS而言,如何在研制过程中保证其可靠性,是DCS制造商和电厂业主都关注的问题。本文讨论了一些核电厂安全级DCS的可靠性设计方法,并就这些方法的工程应用进行展望,希望能对相关从业人员提供参考。 Products are primarily achieved by designing and manufacturing, therefore either of the two phases is of decisive importance to the inherent reliability of products. Manufacturers of DCS and nuclear power plant proprietors are both focused on the problem how to ensure the reliability of nuclear power plant safety DCS during the developing and manufacturing, as the safety equipments require immense reliability. This paper discussed some methods of reliability design for nuclear power plant safety DCS, and anticipated the prospect about engineering applications of these methods, finally, hoped to provide reference to the relevant practitioners.
