摘要
本文简要介绍某核电厂反应堆保护系统典型回路中隔离卡件的功能,并以FTA分析方法为基础,给出建立的隔离卡件的故障树实例,结合隔离卡件的元器件的失效数据阐述对其进行可靠性定量分析、计算的具体步骤,计算得出隔离卡件故障树中的两个重要的失效事件的失效率。隔离卡件可靠性的定量评估有助于改善隔离卡件的可靠性设计,并为反应堆保护系统可靠性的定量计算提供基础数据支持。
This paper introduces the typical protection circuit of RPS (reactor protection system) in a nuclear power plant shorly, presents the fault tree of isolation card based on the FTA method, the detailed steps to evaluate and calculate the reliability in quantitative considering the fault data of isolation card components is expounded. Also the failure rate of two important failures events in the isolation card fault tree is obtained. The quantitative evaluation of the reliability can help improve the reliability de-sign of the isolation card, and provide the basic data support for the quantitative calculation of the reliability of the RPS.
