秦三厂主控手动启动盘车成功率低原因分析与处理

摘要 针对主控手动启动盘车成功率低的问题,深入分析了故障原因,发现在主控手动启动盘车模式下,由于控制软件设计人员对盘车连锁块图的理解错误,造成盘车系统控制软件设计过程中,啮合电磁阀得电回路中15s自保持命令块被遗漏,导致主控手动启动盘车过程中电磁阀得电时间过短,从而造成主控室手动启动盘车频繁失败。根据分析结果,提出了在"盘车装置得电命令"控制回路中,增加盘车手动开关处于"AUTO"位和处于"ON"位的"或"逻辑,从而实现主控手动启动模式下电磁阀得电15s自保持的逻辑功能,使主控室手动启动盘车成功率提高到100%,为机组安全稳定运行提供保障。 Regarding the problem of the success rate of manual turning from main control room is very low, deep analysis was carried out on the system. It is discovered that under the manual turning mode from main control room, due to the misunderstand of the control software designer of the turning interlock block diagram, the 15 second self-hold command in the solenoid valve electrical circuit was removed during the programming of turning software logic. Power up time of the engage solenoid valve is too short to compete the engagement of turning device during the manual turning from main control room. According to the analysis of the control software of turning system, it is recommended to add an OR logic between the AUTO and ON positions of the turning handswitch in the power up control circuit of the turning device, to realize the 15 second self-hold logic of the solenoid valve under the manual turning mode from main control room. The success rate of maual turning from main control room was improved to 100% therefor and provided backup for the safe and stable operation of the power plants.
