This article,following the thread of " how could happiness be possible",focused on the formation of Marx's view on happiness and its inner logic.Under the influence of Christian spirit and enlightenment,Marx started his search for happiness,which went through a journey from the pursuit of individual freedom and liberation to the exploration about the root of human misfortune from the perspective of alienation and finally to the shaping of the concept of communist happiness under the guidance of historical materialism,with the final destination being the real happiness of the people,the basic way being the labor practice of the people and the fundamental value demand being human freedom and people's allround development.
