摘要
在新常态经济背景下长江经济带智力共建、技术创新和产业升级相融合的发展范式已经成为区域发展的关键问题。收集2000-2014年长江经济带11省(市)面板数据,建立CDM-PVAR模型探究系统时空演变规律和协同发展效应。研究表明:三者在时间上总体耦合协调度呈现"波动"上升趋势,上游和中游地区耦合协调水平始终低于下游地区,各省市协调度的走势与总体呈现相似性;在空间上耦合协调度呈现由东至西依次递减的格局;此外,高等教育和产业升级存在自我反馈增长机制,高等教育对区域经济发展产生强辐射效应,但还需激发技术创新与产业升级的区域带动潜力,推动三者协调发展。
The integrated development paradigm of intelligence integration, technology innovation and industrial upgrading in the Yangtze River Economic Zone has become the key problem of regional development in the context of the new normal economy. Firstly, we collected the panel data of 11 provinces(municipalities) in the Zone in 2000 -2014. Then the CDM - PVAR model is established to explore the temporal and spatial evolution and the synergetic development effect of the three sys-tems. The research results shows that the interaction and coupling of three systems presents the rising trend of fluctuation in the time. The level of the interaction and coupling in the upstream and mid-stream areas is always lower than that in the downstream areas. The trend of the coordination degree of provinces and cities shows similarity on the whole ; the level of the interaction and coupling is se-quentially decreasing from east to west in the space ; In addition, there is a self - feedback growth mechanism in higher education and the industrial upgrading. Higher education has a strong radiation effect on the regional economic development, but the regional driving potential of the technological innovation and the industrial upgrading need to be stimulated, in this way, the coordinated develop-ment of the three can be promoted.
