The adverb-reduplicative repeating questions in Dong’an dialect in Hu’nan province has abundant types, which, together with other so-constructed questions by reduplicating predicates, prepositions, temporal nouns and even demonstratives, constitute quite a large inventory of the repeating questions. This paper describes the adverb-reduplicative repeating questions in Dong^n Mandarin in details and finds that reduplicative forms can also be used as imperatives.
