小学教师“师徒结对”的现状、成因及对策——以福建省四个地区的九所小学为例 被引量:3

摘要 "师徒结对"是一种促进教师专业成长的有效途径。通过问卷调查和教师访谈发现,当前小学教师"师徒结对"存在结对目标有偏向、师徒关系不平等、学校监督不到位、教育行政部门参与度不高等问题。这主要与教师的教育意识和能力不足、学校的指导和监督不力、教育行政部门的监管和支持不够有关。为了更好地发挥"师徒结对"的作用,教师应树立双赢意识和主动寻求发展,学校应提供校本培训和加强结对管理,教育行政部门应加强行政监管和提供必要支持。 Mentoring is a kind of effective way to promote teachers' professional development. According to the questionnaire and teachers' interview,it is found that there are some problems about the present mentoring on teachers in primary school,such as the deviated aims of mentoring,unequal relationship between teachers and apprentices,inadequate supervision and insufficient involvement of the educational administration department. Teachers,schools and educational administration departments are all responsible for these problems. Therefore,to make mentoring more effective,teachers should build up a win-win consciousness and take the initiative to seek development,schools should provide school-based training and improve the management of mentoring,and educational administration departments should strengthen their administrative supervision and provide necessary support.
