摘要
高校辅导员角色定位内在逻辑地包含着"三重维度",作为"剧中人"服务职能部门的角色定位,辅导员与高校各职能部门之间关系的维度;作为"剧作者"改变自身的角色定位,辅导员与自身之间关系的维度;作为"剧作者"培养学生的角色定位,辅导员与学生之间关系的维度。高校辅导员角色定位的"三重维度",为我们把握辅导员角色定位的真正意蕴、更好地理解辅导员工作的性质、处理好辅导员面临的实际工作问题和困惑,提供全新的视角。
College counselors' role consists of "three dimensions"in relation to the functional departments,to themselves and to students respectively,namely the role as"a drama character"to serve the functional departments of colleges and universities,the role as "a dramatist"to change themselves,and the role as "a dramatist"to train students. These three dimensions"of the role of university counselors provide a new perspective for us to grasp the true connotation of counselor role,to better understand the nature of the counselor work,and to handle the problems and puzzles that counselors are confronted in their work.
