摘要
为避免可倒立柱拉放钢丝绳在受力前后长度变化对木材绑扎系统的不利影响,对钢丝绳的每个典型状态进行了受力分析,发现只有少部分钢丝绳受到很大的拉力。为此,提出了对受力大的钢丝绳使用预张拉技术,并加放永久伸长量;对受力小的钢丝绳则按理论长度设计的方案,解决了生产中的难题。本文还简述了运木船木材绑扎系统拉放钢丝绳长度设计的要点,在满足使用要求的前提下,使绑扎系统的设计更简单、安全和可靠。
In order to prevent wire rope’s length transformation after pulling which is harmful to log lashing system, this paper analyzes the stress for wire ropes on each typical condition and fnds only a few are on great strain. Based on this, pre-tensioning wire ropes are used and permanent elongation is added for great strain. For most wire ropes at small force, theoretical length is used in design. This paper also introduces the matters needing attention to design pulling wire ropes for the sake of making the design more simplifed, economical, safe and reliable under the premise of satisfying the using requirements
