南靖土楼民居的设计保护与应用研究——以梅林镇德庆楼为例

STUDY ON DESIGN PROTEC TION AND APPLICATION OF NANJING TULOU RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS——TAKE THE DEQING BUILDING IN MERLIN TOWN AS AN EXAMPLE

随着改革开放的发展与城市化的进程,位于南靖农村的大部分的民居土楼因其居民的迁移和在功能上的缺失,如卫生间等空间的欠缺,交通的不便等原因。慢慢的许多的土楼居民迁出了土楼,在台风、风雨等自然环境的洗礼下加上经历一定历史,大部分的土楼出现梁脊腐烂,门窗损坏和坍塌等现象。对土楼民居的设计保护与修缮与应用无疑是不错的方法。既能保护修缮土楼民居又能提升土楼品牌和空间使用价值。

With the development of reform and opening up and the process of urbanization, most of the houses in rural NaJing tulou because of its residents migration and on the function, such as the lack of space such as toilet, partly due to the inconvenience of traffic. Many tulou residents out of the tulou, slowly under the typhoon, the baptism of wind and rain and other natural environment and historical experience of the tulou, most of the tulou beam ridge decay, the phenomenon such as door window damage and collapse. It is undoubtedly a good method to design and protect the residential buildings. It can not only protect the residential building, but also enhance the value of building brand and space.
