摘要 随着军队信息化、装备智能化和军种一体化进程的不断推进,军用信息化装备的运输和装卸变得越来越频繁,对其开展运输及包装防护设计和防脱漆技术的研究具有重大的国防安全意义和经济价值。本文以隐身技术来弱化军用信息化装备的特征信号为出发点,对玻璃钢复合材料、披挂遮障式材料、编织型遮障材料、红外隐身涂料等防护方案的优缺点进行对比分析,提出了一种基于红外隐身涂料的玻璃钢罩式长方型箱体多台聚集包装运输防护和防脱漆的综合性方案。经实验表明,该方案完全满足军用信息化装备运输防护的要求,具有实用价值,值得推广应用。 Along with the army informatization, the advancement of intelligent equipment and services integration of military informatization equipment transportation, loading and unloading is becoming more and more frequent, the transportation and packaging design and research of the technology of paint has great defense security significance and economic value. Based on stealth technology to weaken the military informatization equipment as a starting point, the characteristics of the signal of glass fiber reinforced plastic composite material, turning the screen type material, weave type screen materials, infrared stealth coating and protection scheme, this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of is put forward based on the infrared stealth coating of glass fiber reinforced plastic cover type rectangular box body more gathered the packing and shipping comprehensive protection and prevent to take off the paint scheme. The experimental results show that the scheme meets the requirements of military information equipment transportation protection, which has practical value and is worth popularizing.
