对新时代水生态文明建设的若干思考

Considerations of initiating water ecological civilization in the new age

水生态文明是建设美丽中国的重要内容。从习近平新时代生态文明建设思想、"人与自然和谐共生"基本方略及新时代治水兴水管水主攻重点3个角度出发,分析了水生态文明建设的历史定位、新时代水生态文明建设的核心内涵及方向路径,指出新时代水生态文明建设需坚持以习近平总书记新时代治水兴水重要思想为指导,自觉将生态文明理念融入到水资源开发、利用、治理、配置、节约、保护各个领域,努力走出一条中国特色水生态文明之路。

Water ecological civilization is one of the key contents of Beautiful China Initiative. The paper analyzes the historical position of water ecological civilization, and its core connotation and path, from three prospects of new thought of President Xi Jinping on ecological civilization for a new era, basic strategy of harmonious coexistence between man and nature and main focus of water governance and management. The implementation of water ecological civilization should committee to the new development philosophy and incorporate this concept into the areas of water development,utilization, governance, allocation, conservation and protection, so as to step into the road of water ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics.
